Dear Friends and Colleagues of the Industry,

It gives us great pleasure to inform you that the 43rd Annual Convention of IPCA is being held on 13th & 14th August 2010, at Jaypee Residency Manor, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, India.

This year’s theme is Green Pest Management.

Mussoorie, called “The Queen of The Hills”, is located near Dehradun in the North Indian State of Uttarakhand. The adjoining town of Landour, which includes a military cantonment, is considered part of 'greater Mussoorie', as are the townships of Barlowganj and Jharipani. At an average altitude of 2,000 metres (6,600 ft), Mussoorie, with its green hills and varied flora and fauna, is a fascinating hill resort. With commanding snow ranges to the north-east and glittering views of the Doon Valley and Shiwalik ranges in the south, the town was once said to present a 'fairyland' atmosphere to tourists. The highest point is Lal Tibba with a height of over 2,290 metres (7,510 ft) and there are numerous other places of tourist interest such as The Mall, Gun Hill, Kempty Falls & Temples. The Convention Venue, Jaypee Residency Manor, is located in Barlowganj, 68 kms / 32 kms respectively, from the nearest Airport / Railway Station, at Dehradun.

IPCA Annual Conventions are a unique opportunity for representatives and professionals of the Indian Pest Management industry to gather and interact on various issues. Needless to say, a captive audience of the who’s who of the industry at one location provides a fantastic business and networking opportunity. An event you just cannot afford to miss!

This year’s Convention promises to be nothing but the best, because of the apt theme, Green Pest Management, with renowned speakers, experts and professionals from India and abroad gracing the occasion, together with senior officials and dignitaries from various government departments.

B. REGISTRATION CHARGES:

C. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:

i). Hotel Jaypee Residency Manor, Convention Venue:

Rooms	Double Occ.	Single Occ.
70	Rs. 3,250/- per person on twin sharing basis	Rs. 6,000/- per person

Rates of Hotel Jaypee Residency Manor include Accommodation for One Night and on twin sharing basis and inclusive of all Meals (1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch & 1 Dinner per night of stay) & taxes. Your package starts with Lunch and ends with Breakfast.

Child below 5 years if sharing the parent’s room will be complimentary, child between 6-12 years will be charged Rs. 1,500/- APAI per child per night if sharing the parent’s room and child above 12 years of age will be treated as an adult and will be charges Rs. 2,000/- APAI per person per night. (APAI – Includes all the 3 meals Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

Delegates can stay in Hotel Jaypee Residency Manor one day before & one day after the
conference on same rates, terms & conditions. Daily coach services to The Mall will be
provided for the guest free of cost: courtesy Hotel Jaypee Residency Manor.

ii). Hotel Green N Breeze:

Rates of Hotel Green N Breeze include Accommodation for One Night on twin sharing basis and inclusive of Breakfast & Taxes. Those who stay other than venue (Hotel Jaypee Residency Manor) will be considered as non-residents.

Members are requested to stay in Convention Venue to avail of all the facilities & hospitality of the convention.

Note:
> Rooms are on sharing basis & available on first-come, first-served basis. Please book early
to avoid inconvenience.

> Last date for hotel booking and Advance payment is 31th July, 2010. After this date, booking will be made on the availability of the Rooms by paying 10% Extra on the above mentioned rates. IPCA Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for accommodation after 31st July, 2010.

> Cancellation of Hotel Booking will not be entertained after 31st July, 2010 and there will be no refund for cancellations after 31st July, 2010.

Note: Payment to be sent to IPCA Delhi / Mumbai Office only by DD/Cheques at par. Outstations cheques will not be accepted.

Pick up & drop facility from Airport / Railway Station, Dehradun, will be provided for a group of
minimum 4 delegates. Those who wish to be picked up should send their complete arrival details,
(like Train Name, Arrival Time, Flight details etc.).

Rs. 12,000/- per stall (3x2 mtr, pre fabricated with table, two chairs, electrical point & Co. Name on Fascia. Only 10 stalls are available and will be allotted on First Come First served basis.

F. ADVERTISEMENT TARIFF OF SOUVENIR 2010:

As in previous years, we will be bringing out the Souvenir this year as well, to coincide with the Convention. Members are requested to contribute articles of interest and also send in their advertisements. The rates of Ads. are given as under:
