IPCA 42nd Annual Convention

The 42nd IPCA Annual Convention is being held from 7th to 9th August 2009 at CHOKHI DHANI (JAIPUR). This year’s theme is “Integrated Pest Management & Environment.

 JAIPUR, The Pink City, is one of the fastest growing state capitals of the country. It is well connected with Air and Train services to all Metros and other important cities in India. The City offers many spots of tourist and religious interest. (More in the Brochure).

The Convention Venue- CHOKHI DHANI RESORT is 18 Kms & 4 Kms away from Railways Station and Airport of Jaipur respectively.  It is located   on the suburbs of Jaipur, replication of ethnic Rajasthani Village. Spread on more than 18 acres of land, Chokhi Dhani is synonymous with Rajasthani Culture since 1989. (More in the Brochure)

As you are aware, IPCA Annual Conventions are a unique opportunity for representatives and professionals of the Indian pest management industry to gather and interact on various issues. Needless to say, a captive audience of the who is who of the industry at one location provides a fantastic business and networking opportunity. 

This year’s convention promises to be nothing but the best, with renowned speakers, experts and professionals from India and abroad gracing the occasion, together with senior officials and dignitaries from various government departments.

Rates include: Accommodation as per category for One Night. It is on sharing basis &
All Meals:  (1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch & 1 Dinner per night of stay)

• Lunch and dinner will be provided at Convention Venue. Non-residents (not staying at Convention Venue) will be required to pay Convention Charges of Rs. 2,750/- (total) per person, for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Members are requested to stay in the Resort only to avail of all the facilities & Hospitality of the Convention.

• Rates are per room, per night basis, exclusive of  Service  Tax @ 1.3%


• Rooms   are on sharing basis & available on first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to avoid inconvenience.


• Last date for hotel booking and Advance payment is 20th July 2009.  After this  date, booking  will be  made  on  the  availability of the Rooms by paying 10% Extra  on the above mentioned  rates. IPCA / Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for accommodation after 20.7.09.

• Cancellation of Hotel Booking will not be entertained after 31st July.09 (i.e. No refund for subsequent   cancellations.)

Artwork and positive charges will be extra  : BW Rs. 2000/- and for colour Rs. 4000/-, if same is not supplied by you. Advertisement will be printed against advance payment.
